Private Care With Dr. Stanga
A personalized approach for complex immune-related symptoms
I currently accept a limited number of new private patients who are looking for a comprehensive approach to chronic and complex immune patterns.
My work is based on the understanding that chronic symptoms are often not isolated problems. They can reflect patterns involving immune regulation, absorption, drainage, previous infections, inflammation, and the way the body has adapted over time.
Rather than chasing each symptom individually, we look at your full immune timeline to identify the patterns that may be keeping your body stuck.
Is Private Care Right for You?
Private care may be appropriate if:
- You have been dealing with persistent or complex immune-related symptoms.
- You have tried multiple supplements, practitioners, or protocols without lasting improvement.
- You want someone to look at your history, symptoms, previous infections, and laboratory findings as one connected story.
- You are looking for a comprehensive process rather than a one-time recommendation.
- You are prepared to participate in an approximately nine-month care plan if we determine that working together is appropriate.
Private care is not intended for someone looking for a single supplement recommendation, a quick review of one laboratory result, or one appointment to solve a longstanding health concern.
What to Expect
Step One: Initial Consultation
Your first appointment is a 60-minute Zoom consultation with Dr. Maegan Stanga.
During this appointment, we will review your health history, immune timeline, primary symptoms, previous infections, treatments you have already tried, and any relevant laboratory results from the past two years.
The purpose of this consultation is to understand your case, to determine whether my approach is appropriate for you and identify any additional testing that may be needed.
The initial consultation is $500 and is paid when the appointment is scheduled.
We do have a refund policy explained at the bottom of this page.
Step Two: Testing and Recommendations
If we determine that working together is appropriate, I may recommend bloodwork, GI-MAP testing, or other targeted testing based on your individual history.
Step Two is typically a one-time payment of $2,000. This includes $600 for the GI-MAP and blood testing I most commonly order, plus $1,400 for comprehensive lab interpretation, personalized protocol development, and a consultation to review your findings and recommendations.
Step Three: Ongoing Care
Private care is generally a nine-month process.
The fee for this phase of care is $4,500. This may be paid in full or divided into five monthly payments of $900.
Your ongoing-care plan includes:
- Consultations with Dr. Stanga throughout the nine-month process
- The homeopathic products included in your personalized care plan
- Access to your private patient portal
- Email access to Dr. Stanga throughout the nine months for questions related to your care and protocol
Your protocol will be individualized based on your health history, laboratory findings, immune patterns, and response throughout care.
Anticipated Investment
The anticipated total investment for the complete private-care process is approximately $7,000. This includes, step one, two and three listed above.
Private care is not billed to insurance. Please consider whether you are comfortable with the anticipated time and financial commitment before scheduling.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund of the $500 consultation fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will receive a $400 refund. The remaining $100 will be retained as a late-cancellation fee.
